Well I don't wanna have a building named after me I just want a good night of sleep And if you open my kitchen drawers, you'll hear them squeak But that does not bother me. Ahh, well I walk in the rain I like a little bit of pain Ahh, no shield from the wind as it penetrates my skin Ahh. When all the demons they finally release their hold And all the bruises turn into gold Its just a matter of opinion if the agony Is celebrating or haunting me. Ahh, well I walk in the rain I like a little bit of pain Ahh, no shield from the wind as it penetrates my skin Ahh.

Gotta keep on, gotta keep on, gotta keep on keepin' on (x2) Gotta keep on, God I sleep long, gotta keep on keepin' on Gotta keep on, gotta keep on, gotta keep on keepin' on. I'm waiting for heaven, some day I'll make it mine For now I'll roll over, and fake another smile. There's bread in the oven, its cold and lonely too There's bread in the oven, I've got my eyes on you. You're my angel, yeah you're my darling (x4) Policemen run over, I think they're wearing heels My imagination, can almost be too real. The shards in the red wine, you know they taste so good The blood from the grape vine, I wonder if I should You're my angel, yeah you're my darling (x6)

American Sky 02:32
Once in a while you can feel it, feel it Happiness tries to conceal it, well it tries And I'm fixing a hole in the middle of the great American Sky My days are filled with mindless patterns The only thing that matters is getting high And I'm fixing a hole in the middle of the great American Sky Writing the music year after year, writing the music that no one will hear Writing the music thats playing in my head. Go to the waters and see them shining Listen to children, hear them whine and cry And I'm fixing a hole in the middle of the great American Sky I met a stranger I tied her shoestring She asked me, what are you doing? I replied Well, I'm fixing a hole in the middle of the great American Sky. Writing the music year after year, writing the music that no one will hear Writing the music thats playing in my head.

Morning Glow 03:04
I'm slipping away, got a lot to say, don't let me weep My bed is breaking and I can't go to sleep So what could be worse? I'm alive in a hearse, I don't know. My ears are bleeding and I can't go to the show. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh This place has lost its morning glow Sun shines I'm still in a shadow (x4) Here I am doing tricks just a watered down wind up toy It must've been a lie when they said I could be a real boy. The end is a place where the heroes all wind up dead I'm not at the end, but I can see it from my bed. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh This place has lost its morning glow Sun shines I'm still in a shadow (x6)

Oh my lord, oh my god please can you help me? Well I have never wanted something so badly Oh when you're feeling blue, when you are feeling down and out. aaah I stole the uppers, they're sitting on the shelf Chasing the downers, still not feeling myself I'm lying down now, gotta sleep away this fog So could you help me? I'm sick as a dog. Overthink all the symptoms, are you dying? There's no way to predict it, no use in trying? Oh when you're feeling blue, when you are feeling down and out. aaah I stole the uppers, they're sitting on the shelf Chasing the downers, still not feeling myself I'm lying down now, gotta sleep away this fog So could you help me? I'm sick as a dog. Ooo I hear a creaking door, ooo I hear a creaking door (x2)

Bluebird 03:22
My little boy went out to play Beyond the gardens of his normal day And though the world is rather gray Well he was not afraid to say He said mama, don't worry there's a bluebird waiting for you (x2) Rewind your mind to find success A task too simple, an easy mess My mother claims I'm not insane Well she has always been a little crass He said mama, don't worry there's a bluebird waiting for you (x2) (solo) He said mama, don't worry there's a bluebird waiting for you (x2)

Extra Sharp 03:45
DIgging a ditch on my own Every bucket of dirt, there's two buckets of stone She likes to smile when she sings So they bring her flowers, among other things I said don't you know life's better on the radio? She looked at me and she said, I guess so Now I'm blowing bubbles and I'm smoking cigarettes Anything I can to dry up this cold sweat, cold sweat, cold sweat. I got a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. I went to work and I fell asleep, yeah. I swam down the river to the tune of an angel harp It doesn't much matter, cause you are extra sharp. Extra Sharp (x2) Well I woke up one morning, I was hung under Craving some rain, but even more thunder I nearly forgot I knew how to cry Why do we all keep our eyes so dry, so dry, so dry? I got a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. I went to work and I fell asleep, yeah. I swam down the river to the tune of an angel harp It doesn't much matter, cause you are extra sharp. Extra Sharp (x2)

All the ways you could love her, but you can't seem to pick one But I know that my baby's gonna stay by my side. I've got so much love left, so much it keeps spilling And believe me if I could, I would clean up my mess. Everybody's going where the wind is blowing Everybody's going where the wind is blowing Everybody's going where the wind is blowing and its driving me crazy yeah crazy yeah crazy yeah ha ha (x2) If we had all the answers, and had no more questions Then we'd still be at a very, very strange point in our lives But that doesn't matter, we all need to feel good And believe me if I could, I would feel good all the time. Everybody's going where the wind is blowing Everybody's going where the wind is blowing Everybody's going where the wind is blowing and its driving me crazy yeah crazy yeah crazy yeah ha ha (x2)

I've been really thinking About the things to come (x2) I should be out drinking, Having me some fun (x2) But there's always one last thing left to do Find yourself in the thick of it and leave it all behind. But we always fall back on things to come I've been really thinking About the things to come (x2) My eyes are blinking Staring at the sun (x2) But there's always one last thing left to do Find yourself in the thick of it and leave it all behind (x3) But we always fall back on things to come

A steely Monday morn Click Clack! He was born No sixpence to warm his metal heart He worked the dead man's shift Gaze held, his soul lifts Cogs turn one thought round, departure from the cold. (Instrumental) In the meadow In the meadow In the meadow, in the fields of green He saw a girl, he saw his queen In the meadow, in the fields of green He lay down his head and began to dream (x2)

Stina 03:51
Heenie Marina, I know my Stina She's on the mountain, you might have seen her Hard like a cornice, she's always leaning to me Heenie Marina Oh oh oh oh, its Stina And I love her And I miss her And I love her Heenie Marina, I know my Stina She floats around in her youthful demeanor Cool like a raindrop, my own Athena Heenie Marina Oh oh oh oh, its Stina And I love her And I miss her And I love her

Four hundred soldiers in the middle of the desert and all that I can do for you is ask for another heart. Nothing's really stopping me, I can feel the honeybee Sending me into a dimension that I felt from the start Thank you for having me in here I had a very nice time (x4) John is in the waiting room, medication coming soon I'm in the studio asking for another cigar How can you turn your ear, with all these people here? It's relatively easy to see when the world is changing. Thank you for having me in here I had a very nice time (x4)

Hammock Song 02:31

about

"Not Dead Yet" is a collection of rock 'n' roll songs about love, despair, and robots. My goal with this album was to capture the spirit of old rock records from the 60s and 70s while still maintaining a new and unique songwriting style. All songs on this album were created using live instruments: real guitars, real drums, real voices, REAL LOVE. So I hope it has that 'rough around the edges' kind of sound, with all those beautiful imperfections.

To give you an idea of what the music sounds like, my greatest influences are The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, Neil Young, and The Who. So I like to think that each song draws inspiration from those kickass musicians. Maybe I sound like them, maybe I don't. That's for you to decide.

But at the end of the day, I just want to write songs that make people feel good...because these days, a lot of people aren't feeling that good. Thanks for listening y'all! Keep on rockin' in the free world and RIP Bowie.
